1. The subject of the contract is the execution and delivery to the Employer's facility of the following items, according to the following division into parts:
a) Part I - carrying cases for decorations:
- case for the first order classes - made of leather - 20 items,
- case for second order classes - made of leather - 50 items,
- case for third order classes - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 300 items,
- case for orders of class IV and V - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 600 items,
- a case for decorations - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 125,000;
b) part II - covers:
- covers for A4 nominations - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 1,000 items,
- ID covers - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 130,000;
c) part III - tubes:
- tubes for appointment files - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 100 items
2. The scope of the contract specifies a detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 2 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is the implementation and delivery to the Employer's facility of cases for decorations, i.e.:
- case for the first order classes - made of leather - 20 items;
- case for second order classes - made of leather - 50 items;
- case for third order classes - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 300 items;
- case for orders of class IV and V - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 600 items;
- case for decorations - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 125,000

The subject of the contract is the production and delivery to the Employer's facility of covers, i.e.
- covers for A4 nominations - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 1,000;
- ID covers - made of canvas (novalite 11102) - 130,000 pcs
