The Supplier shall commit to, at the terms specified in the procurement documents and the Contract, sell, deliver and implement a Library Services Platform (LSP) and Discovery service (hereinafter called “the System”) to SEDU. The System shall be hosted in a cloud environment as Software as a Service (SaaS). The System will be used to manage printed an electronic materials with regard to acquisition, cataloguing, search and circulation, including inter-library loans.
