The city of Rösrath wants to restructure the Freiherr-vom Stein school centre in Rösrath through expansion and renovation. The aim is to rehabilitate existing school buildings with around 22,000 square meters of GFA and to build a new building with approximately 2,600 sqm GFA, which houses the canteen, premises for tied all-day operation and functional rooms. The bidding and awarding of construction works is carried out by trade unions.

In the present case, tile work is tendered for the new building. The work is carried out during ongoing school operations.

- laying floor tiles: approx. 80 m2

- Laying wall tiles: approx. 190 m2

2. Tile work new commercial kitchen:

- Waterproofing work (reactive resin sealing): approx. 270 m2

- Laying floor tiles with increased requirements: approx. 270 m2

- epoxy resin primer of wall surfaces: approx. 550 m2

- Laying wall tiles with increased requirements: approx. 550 m2
