The number of devices depends on the hardware configuration and the location directory.
The scope of services includes the delivery of all contractually available, brand-new devices free of charge to the addresses specified in the location directory. The devices are to be delivered on the assembly date, as interim storage in the school building is not possible.
The devices must be fully functional. The dismantling of the old devices, or assembly of the devices and installation of the necessary drivers and software is carried out by the contractor in cooperation with the municipal IT.
Old blackboards, smartboards and short-distance projectors with wall mounts must be dismantled by the contractor and stored at the locations specified in the site directory so that professional disposal by the client can take place.
All additional components required for this (e.g. cable ducts, multiple sockets, cables) are not listed in the service description, but must be offered by the provider.
After consultation with the client, the contractor shall instruct the operating personnel in detail and thoroughly on site in the operation as well as in the technical functions.
The instruction date takes place after the end of the device installation, in each case by separate appointment. If necessary, the Contractor shall also instruct other personnel of the Client to an appropriate extent. Operating instructions and similar documents must be made available in a generally understandable and comprehensive manner in German and handed over to the client.
All the services mentioned above are included in the purchase contract and cannot be calculated separately.
