Taking out a loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Żychlin Commune up to PLN 3,819,100

1. The subject of the contract is a banking service in the scope of: taking out a loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Żychlin up to PLN 3,819,100

a) Currency type: PLN;

b) Loan amount: up to PLN 3,819,100 (in words: three million eight hundred nineteen thousand one hundred zlotys);

c) Loan period: 22 years (until 20.12.2043);

d) Grace period in loan repayment: 2 years (until 31 December 2024);

e) Repayment of capital after the expiry of the grace period in quarterly periods, as in Annex No. 4 to SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order;

f) Repayment of interest in annual and quarterly periods, as in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order;

2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order can be found in Annex 4 to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order - (SZOPZ).

3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the contract within the scope of the subject of the contract.
