The North East Pharmacy Procurement Service wishes to create a framework agreement for the provision and supply of Pharmacy products for home delivery to patients.

Lot 1 consists of:

a) Infectious Disease — antiretroviral and adjuvant oral medicines.

b) Medicines for cystic fibrosis — inhaled and nebulised antibiotics plus dornase alfa.

c) Oral Chemotherapy.

Lot 2 consists of:

a) Injectable medicines — including biologic medicines, hepatitis C (including oral ribavirin), licensed methotrexate pre-filled syringes, and interferon alfa (This service includes waste collection and ancillaries)

b) Fertility medicines.

Lot 3 consists of:

a) Oral Immunosuppressants — liver and renal transplantation.

b) Oral iron chelators.

c) Other oral medicines (including riluzole).
