The subject of the contract is the service including "Digitization, verification, improvement of the quality of the cadastral map and modernization of the EGiB database as well as delivery of the BDOT and GESUT databases of the New Wiśnicz cadastral unit - rural area 120106_5"
1. The subject of the contract is the service including "Digitization, verification, improvement of the quality of the cadastral map and modernization of the EGiB database as well as the delivery of the BDOT and GESUT databases of the New Wiśnicz cadastral unit - rural area 120106_5".
2. Contract performance conditions:
1) The subject of the contract is the performance of geodetic works necessary to carry out the modernization of EGiB - in the scope of data regarding:
a) land, including:
- the boundaries of the registration unit
- borders of registration precincts (including poviat border),
- registration plots,
- arable land, including updating it and bringing the markings into conformity
with Annex 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction on the registration of land and buildings (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1034, as amended)
b) buildings,
c) objects permanently related to buildings,
d) residential real estate,
e) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the Treasury or local government units, as well as entities that, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners,
2) Performing geodetic works necessary to convert and update EGiB data,
3) Establishment of working bases BDOT500 and GESUT in the scope necessary to display EGiB modernization survey,
4) Development of the EGiB survey project to be laid out,
5) Laying out for inspection of the draft descriptive and cartographic report, participation in the consideration of the reservations submitted to this report in the course of its lining and carrying out geodetic works necessary to introduce changes in the design of the descriptive and cartographic report resulting from the reservations taken into account.
6) Creation of a full BDOT500 base with industry arrangements for the registration unit Nowy Wiśnicz - rural area.
7) Establishment of the GESUT poviat database for the registration unit Nowy Wiśnicz - rural area.
8) Introduction to the ICT system of the staroste, i.e. TurboEWID, of the EGiB and BDOT500 data sets created by the contractor, as well as a printout of these databases necessary for the provisions of reports.
9) Agreement and final introduction to the TurboEWID ICT system of the initial GESUT poviat database.
