The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 pcs. angiographs for haemodynamic examinations and procedures as part of the investment task No. 91669 as part of the investment task "Superstructure of the main building of the Hospital for the purpose of neurosurgery and cardiac and neurological rehabilitation as part of the investment task No. 91669 together with assembly and installation." The subject of the contract includes the delivery with control systems and software, unloading, assembly, training of personnel in the use and commissioning of the angiograph requiring installation and permanent connections in accordance with the price offer and a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the table of technical and operational conditions constituting Appendices No. 1.1.-1.2 and 3 to the Terms of Reference.
