in that Nantes Métropole, the City of Nantes and its CCAS are deploying a heritage strategy, knowledge of their building stock is one of the important points to meet the challenges of this strategy on the following points: (i) use of premises (surface data and assignment to uses); (ii) energy (application of the tertiary decree on the energy consumption of buildings); (iii) heritage (qualification of the state of the heritage to better maintain it and plan useful work). Also, this contract contributes to the implementation of these orientations by entrusting building survey missions to holders in order to consolidate this heritage knowledge. The consultation is launched for the benefit of a group of orders formed around the City of Nantes (coordinator), its CCAS and Nantes Métropole.

The purpose of this contract is to provide information concerning the networks buried on the private plots of the members of the grouping of orders for which a renovation and/or extension operation is envisaged. The Object of the contract concerns (i) the survey of the underground networks of the plot of the building(s) surveyed; (ii) the constitution of documents presenting underground networks. The services are divided into two thematic areas. The contract is in the form of a multi-successful framework agreement (2) with purchase orders without any minimum amount, but with a maximum amount fixed for the entire contractual period (i.e. 4 years) at 664,499 euro (excluding tax).

the purpose of this contract is to update the documentary database (dwg plans and/or BIM models) and to provide BIM digital models of the "Existing" state of the heritage to be the subject of a renovation and/or extension operation. Its purpose is: (i) the survey of existing buildings and their environment, or surveys for survey; (ii) the production of digital BIM "current state" models of buildings for which a rehabilitation, extension or modification operation is underway; (iii) the production of digital BIM models of buildings as part of annual building survey campaigns (tertiary decree, etc.); (iv) integration of underground (georeferenced) network plans in DWG format; (v) the constitution of documents presenting sites and buildings; (vi) the production of plans from the digital models produced (plans, sections, facades); (vii) the supply of all elements produced in various computer formats. The services are divided into two thematic areas. The contract takes the form of a multi-awarded framework agreement (2) with purchase orders and subsequent contracts (for survey campaigns based on a list of predefined buildings), without any minimum amount, but with a maximum amount fixed for the entire contractual period (i.e. 4 years) at 1,550,497 euro (excluding tax).
