The offer includes total consultancy with the implementation of the establishment of a 10 MW air to water heat pump system to be offered to contractors in Union tenders under Law No 1564 of 15 December 2015.

General:

The total advisor shall draw up and implement Union tenders, including pre-qualification for 2 total reprizes, machine-contracting and building contracting respectively. The tenders must be designed as functional tenders.

The total advisor shall evaluate incoming offers, participate in contract negotiations, coordinate between the machinery contractor and the construction contractor, and supervise throughout the construction phase and finally carry out drop-off operations. The total advisor shall conduct both construction management and subject supervision.
