The object of the framework agreement is the conclusion of so-called market offer contracts with a view to supplying the Delivery Points (PDL) of the members of the grouping of orders with electricity. It includes the following services:

- full supply of electrical energy to PDLs, as well as their access to the public electricity distribution network;

- providing associated services;

- the role of balance responsible.

Profiled or remotely read delivery points falling within tariff segments C1 to C4 for which the Distribution Network Manager (GRD) is Enedis.

Delivery points falling under the C5 public lighting, buildings and similar price segments for which the DSO is Enedis.

Profiled or remotely-read delivery points falling within the C1 to C4 + C5 tariff segments whose DSOs are local distribution companies (ELD).
