The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 6 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – hereinafter: "Forest Act") including the preparation of draft forest management plan for the Forest Districts: Lubartów, Sarnaki, Strzelce for the period 2025-2034 together with the forecast of the impact on the environment and Natura 2000 areas and habitat development for the Sobibór Forest District as of the 01 January 2025The order was divided into two lots. Part No. 1 - Preparation of documentation for draft forest management plans for the Forest Districts: Lubartów, Sarnaki, Strzelce, as at January 1, 2025. Part No. 2 - Development of full habitat documentation for the Sobibór Forest District as of January 1, 2025.

In the scope of this part of the contract, three tasks have been distinguished, including: • Lubartów Forest District for the period 2025-2034 together with a forecast of the impact on the environment and Natura 2000 areas, as of January 1, 2025. • Sarnaki Forest District for the period 2025-2034 together with a forecast of the impact on the environment and Natura 2000 areas, including phytosociological works; as at 1 January 2025 • Strzelce Forest District for the period 2025-2034 together with a forecast of the impact on the environment and Natura 2000 areas, including phytosociological works; As of 1 January 2025 The total area of the Forest Districts for which forest management plan projects should be prepared [data as at 31.12.2021]: Lubartów Forest District - area 14978 ha, Sarnaki Forest District - area 10678, Strzelce Forest District - area 14565.

Within the scope of this part of the contract, one task was distinguished, the total area of the Forest District for which a habitat study should be prepared [data as of 31.12.2021]: Sobibór Forest District - total area 20310 ha, forest area 20310, non-forest area 2263 ha.
