In accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes, the Central Uusimaa Association shall request your offer for professional services to support the work of the Project Office (PMO) and technical ICT project manager services and overall architecture (KA).

The purpose of the subscriber is to find a single provider responsible for the service in such a way that, as necessary, specialists who meet the set requirements are available to the subscriber. (See Appendix 1 Description and Appendix 2, Experts). A framework arrangement of one vendor is formed with the selected bidder.

With the help of specialists offered by the supplier, it is intended:

*effectively support the expansion of PMO activities into a comprehensive operation of the entire municipal ities

*enhances cost-effective and high-quality penetration of project objectives and clarifies non-reporting

*enables the selection of a project manager that meets the needs of the project

*shifts the focus of the overall architecture towards predictive depiction in accordance with strategic planning
