2. Travel agency services: Conference and event facilities
Overview description of the mission
The assignment concerns Travel agency services for travel with the possibility of overnight stays and travel agency services for conferences and event facilities. The service will include both digital and personal service regarding booking of all travel within the municipality and all conference bookings within the municipality.
Trips within the municipality include both group trips (for school classes, for example) and individual trips. Travel is carried out by train, bus and air both within Sweden and abroad. Conference bookings occur both in and outside Lund.

Suppliers can bid for one or both parts of the procurement. The customer intends to sign a framework agreement as follows: One supplier per contract area.
Framework agreements will be signed with the supplier, for each part/tender area, that submitted the most economically advantageous tender(s).
Providing the procurement documents
The procurement documents are provided electronically through the TendSign procurement tool (see www.tendsign.com).
Submission of tenders
Tenders shall be submitted electronically through TendSign.
Only electronic tenders are accepted.
Last tender day
Tenders must be received by the customer no later than 2023-11-06 23:59.
Tenders that are not the requester provide within the appointed time will be rejected.
Extent
The client may, in accordance with what is stated in the framework agreement during the term of the contract, call off services from the supplier in the manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the contract documents. The supplier shall, upon call-off, carry out the assignment in accordance with what is stated in the contract documents. In the call-off document (or in appendices thereto), the client will report the scope of the assignment in detail.
Call-offs from the framework agreement refer to travel agency services for travel and/or travel agency services for conferences and event facilities.
The ceiling volume for the entire contract period including extension clauses is SEK 33.6 million for travel and SEK 9.6 million for conference bookings. The ceiling volume is calculated excluding any price increases during the contract period.
The requester guarantees no volumes.
The supplier is obliged to carry out the assignment in accordance with the customer's call-off.
