1.The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of prosumer micro-installations of renewable energy sources – photovoltaic installations. The main goal is to provide electricity in residential buildings on the territory of the City of Krasnystaw. The implementation of the investment will have an umbrella character. At the same time, all installations will be owned by the city and will constitute public infrastructure. As part of the task, 330 photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of about 1.6 MW will be installed. The installations will be located on the roofs of residential buildings, outbuildings or on the ground. The energy generated in the installations will be used exclusively for the own needs of users of residential buildings.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of prosumer micro-installations of renewable energy sources – photovoltaic installations. The main goal is to provide electricity in residential buildings on the territory of the City of Krasnystaw. The implementation of the investment will have an umbrella character. At the same time, all installations will be owned by the city and will constitute public infrastructure. As part of the task, 330 photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of about 1.6 MW will be installed. The installations will be located on the roofs of residential buildings, outbuildings or on the ground. The energy generated in the installations will be used exclusively for the own needs of users of residential buildings. Existing conventional sources of electricity will be replaced by free solar energy. The implementation of the task will improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and the state of the natural environment. The implementation of the project directly translates into the development of investments supporting the reconstruction of the economy (green transformation, clean and efficient production and use). The project contributes to improving the quality of the environment and ecological safety, reducing the share of coal in electricity production, reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, creating a competitive economy based on the use of local resources (solar energy). As part of the task, a tab will be created on the city's website regarding the design, use and service of the installation, adapted to the needs of people with visual impairment. The applicant has a list of properties for which the installation of RES installations is envisaged. It also has the right to dispose of these properties for construction purposes.

2. The contracts are implemented under the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program entitled "Installation of renewable energy sources installations in the City of Krasnystaw – stage I".

3. The subject of the contract includes all activities enabling and aimed at installing photovoltaic modules for residential buildings, in particular:

1) delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels:

a) single-phase installation with a capacity of 3.04 kW – 9 pcs. (9 installations mounted on residential buildings,

b) three-phase installation with a capacity of 3.04 kW – 30 pcs. (21 installations mounted on residential buildings, 5 installations mounted on outbuildings, 4 installations mounted on the ground),

c) three-phase installation with a capacity of 4.18 kW – 171 pcs. (106 installations mounted on residential buildings, 40 installations mounted on outbuildings, 25 installations mounted on the ground),

d) installation with a capacity of 5.32 kW – 120 pcs. (80 installations mounted on residential buildings, 23 installations mounted on an outbuilding, 17 installations mounted on the ground),

2) installation of a system supporting structure for photovoltaic modules

3) installation of photovoltaic modules,

4) installation of the inverter,

5) installation of electrical installations,

6) installation of security devices,

7) execution of the grounding installation,

8) making a report on measurements and acceptance of the installation.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex 1 to SWZ.

5. The order should be performed in particular in accordance with the contract, the model of which is attached as Annex 11 to the SWZ.

6. The Ordering Party requires that during installation the requirements of disabled persons and the availability of the installation controls for them (installation should be carried out in a way that ensures the possibility of performing maintenance activities for disabled persons, in particular those moving in wheelchairs).

7. The Ordering Party requires that the installation within one location does not take longer than 3 consecutive working days.

8. During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to perform all service activities required by the suppliers of the assembled equipment (services, inspections, etc.).
