this consultation concerns the acquisition of equipment for the construction of a configurable AC/DC electricity microgrid for the benefit of the Grenoble Polytechnic Institute -For the G2elab laboratory

The desired structure will have to be modular and will make it possible to realize, two voltage inverters and 2 reversible choppers in current.The inverter and the chopper can be associated together. The command control of each arm must allow a rapid implementation of the user's command controls. Each arm must include material safeguards, cooling (if necessary) and must be protected in case of over-temperature, over-current and overvoltage. The entire system will have to be implemented in a 19-inch bay between 36u and 40u high with swivel casters with a minimum diameter of 100mm, two of which are equipped with brakes

Lot 2 concerns two (2) separate bays with identical configurations. Each bay must be equipped with two (2) identical continuous power supplies.the technical specifications of this batch are defined in article 3.2 of the CCTP

This batch includes all the magnetic elements necessary for the system: - 1 autotransformer (alternostat) - impedances (resistance and inductance in series)the technical characteristics of this equipment are defined in article 3.3 of the CCTP

In this lot, bidders are asked to bid for one or both of the following proposals:Basic solution: A bench comprising resistive and capacitive three-phase loads; Variant: A bench comprising resistive, capacitive and inductive three-phase loads.the technical characteristics of this batch are defined in article 3.4 of the CCTP
