The services are awarded as a service contract in the framework of an open procedure under the regulation on the award of public contracts (Public Procurement Regulation - VgV) and include transport services in the exempted student traffic in the Main-Kinzig district. Students from schools in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis to sports and swimming centers (swimming pools and gymnasiums) and after physical education are to be transported back to the respective starting school.

The KVG is responsible for the transport of pupils from the schools in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis to sports and swimming centers (swimming pools and gymnasiums) and after physical education back to the respective starting school ("cross-traffic") The duration of the framework agreement is limited to 2 school years, flat rate offer prices per day of travel are to be offered for this period Once the timetables for a school year have been established, the haulier with the best offer price will be asked first to determine if it will be able to perform on that day of the week and at that time, if that is not the case then the haulier with the next best bid price will be requested ,

The assignments are awarded on a yearly basis subject to a short-term change of the lesson time, which can lead to premature termination. Price updates are not provided.

The delivery of data by the schools in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis is not completed by May 2019. A list of participating schools as well as sports and swimming centers to be visited is included in the tender documents as of May 2019. These can be extended by further schools, sports facilities and connections (rides) between them.

Since this is classroom physical education, vrsl. each trip requires the use of a KOM with suitably qualified drivers.
