The University of Oslo (UiO), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is Norway's largest and oldest institution of higher education. The Awarding Authority has a agglomeration of buildings of ¿¿approx. 100 buildings in different locations in Oslo and in some locations just outside of Oslo. The Awarding Authority is constantly changing and there is often a need for changes and different reconstructions to different premises to facilitate the physical proportionality the best way possible for the Awarding Authority's activities. The Awarding Authority intends to enter into framework agreements with suppliers to perform the construction management in connection with the reconstructions and maintenance works.
