This tender relates to builder advice and construction management relating to the execution, delivery and commissioning of the School in the City of Old City. The establishment of the School in the City of Old Ones includes the demolition of existing administration buildings, the construction of new school building with sports hall, the establishment of away land for the school, and the redevelopment of two existing buildings. Please refer to the procurement material for a detailed account of the project.

The offered advisor's allowance includes 3 subtasks;

A) Builders advice on selective takedown of approximately 9,000 m² of existing total administrative buildings. The takedown is supposed to maximise the recycling of the taken down materials. Builders advice commences with review of the demolition project in May 2022 and goods until the contractual relationship with the takedown total contractor is completed, expected January 2024.

B) Builders advice on new construction of 8,400 m² school building and the construction of the school's outland total of 8,400 m² in total contracts offered on the basis of project proposals and related builder deliveries. Builders advice commences with comment on the project proposal in May 2022 and lasts for 1-year overhaul and associated shortage remediation, expected mid-2027.

C) Construction management relating to the redevelopment of two existing buildings and related main area outlet offered on the basis of a tendering project. Construction management will begin with comment on the May 2022 project proposal and lasts for 1 year overhaul and associated shortage remediation, expected mid-2026.
