The client plans to convert the old Shell barrel bottling plant into a multifunctional event hall ("K714 cultural refinery"). The historic building is to retain its industrial charm, while state-of-the-art stage technology and a restaurant with a view of the Rhine are moving in. In this context, the client awards the trade VE 111 - drywall and ceilings.
The trade VE 111 - drywall and ceilings is part of the K714 cultural refinery construction project.
In the Kulturraffinerie construction project, walls and ceilings in lightweight construction, mainly with gypsum plasterboard on a metallic substructure, are put out to tender in all components. The walls are to be designed in different sound and fire protection requirements, in existing and new buildings. Suspended ceilings are installed in the new buildings Extension North and Extension South. In addition, acoustic absorber cassettes are mounted on the wall and ceiling.
The details can be found in the attached building description as well as the tender documents and other installations.
