In these proceedings, the Awarding Entity shall apply art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Employer has the right to first evaluate the offers, and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most favorable, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. 2. The Employer allows the Contractor to perform the subject of the contract using subcontractors. 3. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction. 4. The Contractor submitting the offer shall remain bound by it for a period of 60 days from the deadline for submission of tenders.
