Medical on-call transport service for 11 regions
The subject of the tender is the provision of a transport service for the medical on-call service, especially during non-office hours (emergency service).
The transport services are to be provided in the designated core region and within the framework of cross-regional mediation in the neighbouring regions. During shift times, the contractually agreed number of vehicles and drivers must be available. The emergency vehicle must arrive within a time of 15 minutes from the alarm being raised by the dispatch and advice centre.
For each lot / region there are different specifications for running time, operating times, etc. these are contained in the Appendix >>Lot-specific specification<<.
The invitation to tender is carried out separately according to regional lots for the regions:

The contractor shall use at least compact cars or comparable SUVs for the driving services, which must in particular have all-wheel drive, an anti-lock braking system and vehicle dynamics control. The first registration must not be more than 5 years ago at the time of use.

Region Mühldorf - Altötting (MÜF)- Warranty hours of 2,800 hours per year
- At least 3 vehicles must be available.
- Electric cars are to be used in the region.
- The contractor's procurement of the all-electric vehicles must be completed within 2 years and the fleet for these regions must be 100% fully electric.
Rottal-Inn (PANF)- Warranty hours of 3,000 hours per year
- A minimum of 3 vehicles is required.
Passau (PAF)- Warranty hours of 3,800 hours per year
- A minimum of 4 vehicles is required.
Memmingen - Mindelheim - Kaufbeuren (UAF)- Warranty hours of 4,700 hours per year
- At least 4 vehicles must be available.
Landsberg - Starnberg (LLF)- Warranty hours of 3,000 hours per year
- At least 3 vehicles must be available.
Donauwörth - Dillingen (DONF)- Warranty hours of 3,900 hours per year
- At least 4 vehicles must be available.
Günzburg - Weißenhorn (NUF)- Warranty hours of 4,000 hours per year
- At least 4 vehicles must be available.
Roth - Weißenburg (RHF)- Warranty hours of 4,400 hours per year
- At least 4 vehicles must be available.
Regensburg City - Country (RF)- Warranty hours of 5,300 hours per year
- There will be 5 vehicles available.
- Electric cars are to be used in the region.
- The contractor's procurement of the all-electric vehicles must be completed within 2 years and the fleet for these regions must be 100% fully electric.
Ansbach - Neustadt a. d. Aisch (ANF)- Warranty hours of 5,700 hours per year
- At least 4 vehicles must be available.
- Electric cars are to be used in the region.
- The contractor's procurement of the all-electric vehicles must be completed within 2 years and the fleet for these regions must be 100% fully electric.
Aschaffenburg - Miltenberg -Main-Spessart (ABF)- Warranty hours of 7,100 hours per year
- A minimum of 5 vehicles is required.
