Comprehensive maintenance service of the first level of the equipment associated with communications services (voice, data, wiring and power supply) at the corporate headquarters of the Government of Navarra, companies or public entities to which Nasertic provides telecommunication services. In addition to maintenance, the complementary works of the existing network expansion and / or installation of new elements that could be commissioned by Nasertic to the winning company are included.

- Corrective maintenance (attention and resolution of incidents in 24 x 7 x 365 hours),

- Preventive Maintenance,

- Attention and management of registrations, requests for registrations, cancellations or modifications on existing elements or on the services provided by them.
