Winter road cleaning includes cleaning roads from snow, ice and mud, preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness, monitoring and controlling the condition of road surfaces, cleaning roads after the winter and interventional cleaning of the road strip from pollution. Roads covered by winter cleaning, for which the administrator is the mayor of the Bemowo district of the Capital City Warsaw are listed in the attachment to the description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes

A - in the scope of providing winter road cleaning services (without winter road cleaning):

1. Winter cleaning of roads: roadways with parking bays and pavements in the Bemowo district of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw, i.e. collecting and disposing of snow, ice and mud.

2. Prevention and elimination of winter slipperiness by sprinkling the road surface with parking bays with chemical and non-chemical agents. Mechanical snow removal (skidding).

3. Prevention and elimination of winter slipperiness by sprinkling pavement surfaces with chemical and non-chemical agents. Hand clearing snow.

4. 24-hour monitoring and monitoring of the surface condition on the routes served during the contract implementation period and providing current information to the Ordering Party about occurring phenomena.

5. Interventional cleaning of the road lane from pollution (as needed in special cases).

6. Removing snow to discharge points (as needed in special cases).

7. The Awarding Entity reserves the right to temporarily limit the performance of works (including due to temporary exclusion of the road from use).

B - in the scope of providing winter road cleaning services includes:

1. Cleaning of roads within the roadway, along with fuses, islands separating the roadways, parking bays located at the level of the roadway, consisting in sweeping the entire width of the roadway, i.e. from the curb to the curb, including parking bays, along with the current removal and utilization of collected pollution. Sweeping must guarantee the effect of a thoroughly cleaned road with fuses, islands separating the road and parking bays. On sections of streets where there is no fuse and the pavement is adjacent to the road, the curb is cleaned. On sections where there are no curbs, the paved pavement of the entire width is cleaned. There must be no traces of uncollected dirt on the cleaned road.

2. Cleaning the pavements, which involves sweeping the entire width of the pavement, along with the current export and utilization of collected impurities. Sweeping of pavements must guarantee the effect of thoroughly cleaned pavement over the entire width. Sweeping of pavements should be done manually or with equipment adapted to the pavement surface.

3. The works will be carried out on the basis of the Employer's order, in which they will be indicated (according to items 1 and 2 above) and the date of their performance, in accordance with § 3 para. 5 point 2 of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exclude certain roads from the list of roads covered by works (including due to temporary exclusion of the road from use).
