The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of personnel subject only to social security contributions for reception and security services on the premises of the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf.

To secure the personal and building security as well as the business operation a 24 h occupation of the reception is necessary. The following services must be provided:

- reception of visitors, groups of visitors, etc., notification of this to the receiving office, issue of visitor cards,

- mediation of incoming and outgoing telephone calls or telephone information, message reception and transmission,

- access and access control (where no electronic control system does) for persons and vehicles,

- key issue and acceptance,

- Control and monitoring of internally connected fault and danger alarm systems (fire and burglary alarm system, building control systems) etc.,

- Initiation and coordination of appropriate alarm tracking measures (eg information to technicians, fire brigade, police) in case of failure of building services,

- patrols in and around the complex of buildings,

- closure inspection,

- receiving and registering room requests in an electronic room book,

- Receipt of mail,

- Due to the progressive digitization of the film university, the smooth handling of digital media or handling of the PC must be guaranteed.
