Knightstone Housing Association is tendering for the provision of the planned refurbishment works for five years commencing 1st April 2014.

The resulting contracts may be extended for a further five years depending on performance.

There are four lots and each Organisation may express an interest in one or more lots.

There are 2 workstreams and for each workstream there are 2 lots covering a different geographical zone.

Lot 1: Replacement of Kitchens and/or bathrooms and/or electrical upgrade works (zone 1)

Lot 2: Replacement of Kitchens and/or bathrooms and/or electrical upgrade works (zone 2)

Lot 3: Replacement of windows and doors (zone 1)

Lot 4: Replacement of windows and doors (zone 2)

Knightstone is looking to appoint up to four Contractors for the delivery of the programme. The successful Contractors will be expected to partner with Knightstone and each other throughout the contract period in order to achieve Knightstone"s objectives.

The detail of the requirements for each lot is given in the Project Brief, which can be downloaded from the Knightstone supplier portal.

You will then receive a receipt (print and retain a copy of this receipt and this is your confirmation of your submission). The tender status will then confirm your documents have been submitted.
