This contract is part of the overall operation to rehabilitate the former Bacou shoe factory into an inter-communal conservatory with a surface area of nearly 4,000 square meters. In order to optimise the planning of the operation, this first contract aims to initiate work aimed at preparing the building: asbestos removal, metal exterior joinery and facades. A second contract for all trades (11 other lots) will be carried out in a second phase to ensure the fitting out of the premises. The procurement procedure used is: open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. Lot 1 comprises two optional tranches pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code. The site visit is mandatory for the 3 lots, the terms and conditions are specified in the consultation regulations
AsbestosThis lot consists of the pre-cleaning necessary for asbestos removal work, asbestos removal of the building, lead management. This lot includes two optional sections relating to the removal / demolition of the footbridge crossing the Cance (To1) and the provision of means of access on the façade on the Cance side (To2)
Metal exterior joinery - blackoutLot 5 covers all the metal exterior joinery as well as the associated blackout systems (blinds and controls). It is planned to manufacture and install prototypes. In addition, joinery profiles will have to be the subject of a mandatory variant proposal.
