The general assignment includes the further expansion of the Belgian Limburg Convention Bureau (BLCB).
The contract is split into 2 lots:
Lot 1 includes the day-to-day management of the BLCB as well as cooperation with both private and public partners.
Lot 2 includes a proactive approach to the association market and its further expansion.
Daily management of the BLCBAn external service provider is sought who takes the day-to-day management of the BLCB to his / her responsibility in collaboration with both private and public partners. The basic agreement concluded by Tourism Limburg and the participating cities and municipalities in Limburg will form the basis for this.
Proactive approach to the association marketThe BLCB wishes to delve into a proactive approach to the association market and is looking for a partner who can develop an appropriate structure for this.
