Standards:

1) The credit should be paid into the account indicated by the contracting authority (the contracting authority does not provide for opening a bank account with the bank that provided the credit).

2) The grace period in repayment of the loan is scheduled until 19 January 2024.

3) The repayment of the first instalment is scheduled for 20 January 2024.

4) The loan will be repaid from the own revenues of the Municipality of Bartoszyce in the years 2023-2036 - 154 installments.

5) Interest on the credit used will be accrued during monthly periods and become due to the bank on the 20th day of the following month.

6) The Contracting Authority accepts the actual calendar for accruing interest.

7) The collateral of the loan will be a promissory note in blanco along with a promissory statement.

8) Loan interest rate during the loan period will be based on the WIBOR 1M variable rate quoted on the last day of the month preceding repayment.

9) Interest on the loan will not be capitalized
