The procurement relates to the delivery of an e-archive with associated services.

The e-archive will be delivered as a cloud service where the supplier has overall responsibility for the delivery.

Overall responsibility means, among other things:

·         Provision of the Service.

·         Access rights to the service.

·         Introduction of the service.

·         Customizations, updates and new versions of the service.

·         Support, operation and maintenance of the service.

·         Responsibility for integrations with the Buyer's existing systems.

·         Education.

·         Provision of test/training environment.

·         Documentation.

·         Reporting, such as reports and status updates.

·         Statistics.

·         Consulting services.

·         Decommissioning and handover.

The service will also include functionality for both so-called intermediate archives and final archives as well as functionality to be able to be linked to one or more e-services, such as one where citizens can retrieve grade documents by logging in with BankID.
