1) The subject of the contract is to perform active protection procedures on land property owned by the State Treasury managed by the Lębork Forest District, located in Natura 2000 Łebskie Marshes PLH220040 areas in 2022, with a total area of 4,50ha.

2) The material scope of the contract includes works consisting in removing spurts and raids of pines and birches together with the removal of biomass beyond the boundary of Natura 2000 and leaving it for natural decomposition.

3) Particular attention should be paid when calculating the price offered. The area covered by the works is a hard-to-reach, wetland area, with a peat substrate.

4) The task was not divided into parts. An offer not including the full range of the subject of the order will be rejected.

This proceeding is one of the parts of the order related to the implementation of the project entitled “Comprehensive project for the protection of natural species and habitats in areas managed by PGL State Forests”. The subject of the contract is to perform active protection procedures in the Lębork Forest District, located in Natura 2000: Łebskie Marshes PLH220040 in 2022 with a total area of 4.50 ha.
