Description:
Water Hygiene and Legionella Control, Inspection, Testing and Remedial Works

The client intends to enter into a contract with the successful tenderer for the periodic servicing and inspections, routine and responsive maintenance, repair and improvement of communal hot and cold water systems, located within its properties to meet its repairing obligations as a landlord. The contract period will be initially for 3 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years.

The client intends to enter into a contract with the successful tenderer (the ‘Service Provider’) for the periodic servicing and inspections, routine and responsive maintenance, repair and improvement of communal hot and cold water systems, located within its properties to meet its repairing obligations as a landlord.

The installations include but are not limited to:

— mechanical services,

— laundry equipment,

— water pressure booster systems,

— water hygiene testing and cleaning,

— water storage tanks,

— expansion vessels.

Additional communal hot and cold water systems may be included at any point in the life of the contract at the sole discretion of Plus Dane Housing. These additional requirements may include:

— ventilation and air conditioning,

— sewage and water booster pumps,

— sceptic tank maintenance.
