1. The subject of the contract is to take out a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 11,210,690.42 (in words: eleven million two hundred ten thousand six hundred ninety 42/100) for 2023 with a repayment date from January 15, 2024 to December 15, 2035.

2. Placing the loan at the disposal of the ordering party:

At any time, at the request of the contracting authority, the following tranches of loan activation are assumed to calculate service costs: from 20 September 2023 to 28 December 2023, the amount – PLN 11,210,690.42

Including:

- I tranche: by September 20, 2023 in the amount of PLN – PLN 2,000,000 (it is stipulated that the loan may be launched at a different date due to the tender procedure),

- Tranche II: until 20 October 2023 in the amount of PLN 2,000,000

- III tranche until 20 November 2023 in the amount of PLN 1,000,000

- IV tranche until 28 December 2023 in the amount of PLN 6,210,690.42

3. The Purchaser reserves the right not to use all or part of the credit.
