Two different ERP solutions are currently in use in the city of Winterthur for the two areas of finance and human resources, on the one hand “P/5” from Wilken AG and “multiple SAP Staefa” from SAP on the other.

These two different ERP solutions are to be replaced by a uniform ERP system. The new ERP system is intended to ensure a standard-level configuration of financial and personnel processes. The “Winterthur Resource Planning (WinRP)” project has therefore been launched in recent months and the public tender for the procurement of a new ERP solution was prepared, which was published on SIMAP on November 8, 2021.

With this call for proposals, external overall project management is sought for the introduction of the new ERP solution.
