The Norwegian parliament approved on 9.6.2011 the development of an emergency network over the whole of Norway. The project will go into a new phase in the second construction stage and there will be a need for assistance from consultants within engineering and project management to a varying degree. The contract for the development and operation of the emergency network is a comprehensive turnkey and fixed price contract which in addition to the development of the emergency network and delivery of user equipment, consists of long term operation of the emergency network. There will be a need for resources with experience within project management and execution of major development projects within telecommunication and for professional competence within TETRA radio and core network, general tele and computer communication as well as user equipment (control room systems and radio terminals) for the emergency network.
