Description:
Design and delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation at the Research Station of the Nencki Institute in Mikołajki

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive delivery of two photovoltaic installations, with a total capacity of not less than 85.8k Wp. The delivery includes the design and delivery of photovoltaic installations along with their assembly, hereinafter also referred to as "implementation".

The project is located on a fragment of plot No. 106, on the premises of the Research Station of the Nencki Institute in Mikołajki, located at 13 Leśna Street (cadastral precinct 01 of the City of Mikołajki, plot No. 106, with an area of 16.0905 ha (160 905 m2), Mikołajki Commune, Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The photovoltaic installation at issue in the present proceedings consists of two micro installations. The first of them with a capacity of not less than kWp 36 will complement the existing installation (13.86 kWp) and will be connected to the PPE (energy consumption point) operating at the Research Station, the second with a capacity of not less than 49.8 kWp will be connected to the planned new PPE 2 connection.

The scope of the contract includes, m.in.:

preparation of project documentation, entitled Technical design,

obtaining all necessary opinions, permits, administrative decisions and arrangements enabling the execution of the contract necessary to accept the photovoltaic installation, excluding obtaining a decision on the location of a public purpose investment and notification of the installation to the administrative body that lies on the side of the Contracting Authority,

apply on behalf of the Ordering Party to the relevant DSO distribution system operator (PGE Operator) with a notification of connection of the photovoltaic installation in question,

execution, commissioning and connection of all complete elements of the photovoltaic installation in the place indicated in the decision on the location of the public purpose investment and design documentation,

delivery of photovoltaic panels (transport, unloading, bringing), which are part of the photovoltaic installation, and assembly of the subject of the contract in accordance with the design documentation along with clearing the area after the work performed,

notification on behalf of the Ordering Party of the photovoltaic installation in question to the State Fire Service (together with a technical design agreed by a fire expert),

all tests, checks, measurements, tests, expert opinions, adjustments and start-ups made by the Contractor, allowing the operation of the photovoltaic installation,

preparation of as-built documentation for all elements of the photovoltaic installation (2 copies of the paper version and 1 copy of the electronic version),

development of instructions for operation and operation of a photovoltaic installation (in particular its devices, installations and networks) and training of end users in its ongoing operation,

granting a guarantee for the performance of the subject of the contract for a period of at least 5 years from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract. The contractor must also provide the manufacturer's warranty for photovoltaic panels for 12 years from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract; manufacturer's guarantee for photovoltaic modules expressed in linear power drop at a minimum level of 87% after 30 years from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract and the minimum length of the warranty for the inverter for 10 years from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the order,
