The subject of the order is the delivery of an articulated carriage to the ZGO Pukinin Plant ZGO Pukinin designed to carry waste and other bulk materials in harsh off-road conditions, not available to standard trucks. The device cannot be a prototype, it is intended to come from serial production and meet Poland's standards and regulations. Complete machine, made to a high standard free of design, material, executive and legal defects. The subject of delivery cannot be a machine that has undergone any unauthorized modifications, i.e. modifications not accepted by the manufacturer after leaving the production plant. The machine must be fully operational without hidden faults. The subject of the contract is also covered by: machine commissioning, training for the necessary number of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of operation, operation and maintenance, technical reception at the Ordering Party.
