The purpose of the procedure is to purchase training services, the objective of which is to support FPH institutions in the management of human resources and in the definition and updating of their HR strategies and policies, in accordance with the ambitions of its strategic project.
The device includes two modules:
Module 1: Tailor-made training-action support in the definition of your HR policy
Module 2: Support and training in the operational implementation of HR processes

The general objective of the services is to provide institutions with the necessary benchmarks, knowledge and tools to define / improve / optimize their HR policy and / or perfect their practices in one or more of the HR areas.
