1. The subject of the contract is a successive and comprehensive service of organizing and servicing FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC TRIPS for study visits of employees of the Medical University of Lublin to renowned foreign scientific and scientific-didactic centers in Poland and in EU countries (hereinafter referred to as: "the subject of the contract").

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ – "Description of the subject of the contract".

3. The present procedure is conducted in the form of an open tendering procedure referred to in Article 132(1) of the PPL with a contract value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds specified on the basis of Article 3 of the PPL.

4. The contracting authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PPL.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
