1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the fourth STAGE of renovation and modernization of the service and warehouse building at Chmielna 74/76 Street in Gdańsk, in order to adapt to the office and warehouse function of the public administration building in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ. The deadline for the performance of the contract is up to a maximum of 36 weeks from the date of signing the contract (criterion for the evaluation of tenders).

The subject of the contract are construction works: execution of the fourth STAGE of renovation and modernization of the service and warehouse building at Chmielna 74/76 street in Gdańsk, in order to adapt the public administration building 1.1.3 to the office and warehouse function. Under the contract, the Contractor of construction works will be obliged to perform works in accordance with, among others: the decision on the building permit issued no. WUiA-VI.6740.896-7.2019.SA.190878 of October 23, 2019 - validated on October 30, 2019 - constituting Annex No. 2 to the description of the subject of the contract, decisions, provisions, etc. resulting, among others, from the provisions of the Construction Law in the scope of: a) renovation and modernization of the service and warehouse building at Chmielna 74/76 Street in Gdańsk, in order to adapt to the office and warehouse function of the administration building of the 2nd floor, 3rd floor and staircases with a total area of approx. 2 100 m2, b) execution of the façade with flashings and lightning protection installation in part of the added and superstructured building, with a total area of approx. 1525 m2, c) partial execution of the "green terrace" and part of the roof with a total area of approx. 170 m2 in the scope of making inheritance layers, laying three layers of weldable roofing felt, along with temporary drainage of rainwater, d) transfer of archival documentation from the archive rooms along with mobile and permanent racks from the 1st and 2nd floor to the 2nd floor, 3rd floor and attic, e) and performing the following activities: 1) consisting in ensuring archaeological and conservation supervision, in accordance with: 2) The decision of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments on the issuance of a permit to conduct construction works No. ZN.5142.598.2019.MJK of May 31, 2019 - constituting Annex No. 3 to the description of the subject of the contract with subsequent amendment - Decision of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments No. ZN.5142.598.2019.MJK of 9 October 2019 - constituting Annex No. 3a of the description of the subject of the contract 3) ensuring the protection of public roads and performing other works and activities resulting from: agreement No. 6320-692(2)2019-KK/ŁB-3958 of October 16, 2019 - constituting Annex No. 4 to the description of the subject of the contract, contract No. GZDiZ/ZD/065/2019 of October 11, 2019 - constituting Annex No. 4a to the description of the subject of the contract, 4) ensuring fire protection and performing other works and activities resulting from: Decision of the Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service No. WZ.5595.73.5.2018.AL of May 23, 2019 together with technical expertise - constituting Annex No. 5 to the description of the subject of the contract, 5) performing other works and activities resulting from: 6) performing other works and activities resulting from: technical condition expert opinion together with mycological expertise from March 2019 for the building Chmielna 74/76 - constituting Annex 6 to the description of the subject of the contract, 7) performing other works and activities resulting from: architectural inventory of the warehouse and office building in Gdańsk at Chmielna 74/76 - constituting Annex 7 to the description of the subject of the contract, 8) during the performance of works for the duration of the concluded contract to ensure physical protection of the property - the building and the area around the building at Chmielna 74/76 Street in Gdańsk, 9) providing geodetic services, 10) active participation in acceptance procedures covered by the subject of the contract, 11) providing documents, protocols and statements necessary to carry out construction works and to perform acceptances within the specified deadlines, 13) providing full documentation as-built technical in three copies.
