This contract is for the provision of Estate Management and Concierge Services, including Grounds Maintenance, Bulk Refuse collection, Window Cleaning and Pest Control services.

In order to achieve a better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Tower Hamlets Community Housing have prepared a standard specification covering all required services that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Tower Hamlets Community Housing schemes included within this contract.

The provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the service specification to current and future Tower Hamlets Community Housing properties.

The provision of Bulk Waste Removal Services in accordance with the service specification to current and future Tower Hamlets Community Housing properties.
