The subject of the proceedings is the award of a public contract for the supply of 1 piece of a special car with a mechanical ladder intended for the organizational unit of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.

A detailed description of the object of the contract is contained in the Annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in Annex No 1 of the item 'Description of the procurement subject', containing the minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No 2 of the “Contract Pattern”, setting out the detailed conditions for implementation of the implementation of the contract object of the contract.

The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of 1 piece of a special car with a mechanical ladder for KW PSP intended for the organizational unit of the PSP of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the Terms of Contract, i.e. in Annex No.

1 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing the minimum technical and functional requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying the detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:

(a) correspond to all the characteristics set out in the specification of the terms of the contract and comply with the applicable standards;

(b) be factory new, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work;

(c) have a set of technical and operational documentation and enabling its registration.
