Appointment of a project author for the study of the project and the management of the development works of a regional hockey stadium with field and lighting meeting the standards of the international hockey federation. The estimated global amount of the contract is 4,000,000 EUR (excluding VAT), fees included. This amount should serve as an indication for estimating fees.

The service contract is divided into sections:

Firm slices:

- sketch and preliminary draft;

- project.

Conditional phase:

- management of the execution of works and related services until final acceptance.

Deadline for the performance of the service contract, i.e. submission of the planning permit application file, the final project and the documents required for the public works contract, by 31.3.2021 at the latest.

Note that the works contract will be divided into two phases:

First phase: work relating to the development of the synthetic hockey field, its lighting and the extension of the stand towards the field.

In options:

- installation of an LED screen;

- installation of a camera system.

Second phase: renovation work on the stand, its extension to the front of the building (a fitness area and a multipurpose area, both with terrace), construction of a stand in front of the existing stand and the development of the surroundings.

In options:

- the 10 m glass opening in the grandstand to allow the field to be seen from the club house;

- the increase of the stand opposite with a capacity of 1,200 to 2,500 seats.

Deadline for execution of the works contract, i.e. provisional acceptance, for the entire site estimated at 04/30/2022.
