Furthermore, DFØ needs to meet the coming requirements for a backup system. The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) has a current system that comprises Veritas Netbackup. It is relevant both to expand the current system and to establish an offline system for backup.

The contract shall also cover licences for backup and storage. It will also cover the need for new licences and an expansion of existing licences, in order to meet both existing and new needs within the same areas.
