Framework Agreement on Maintenance, Evolution of Data Valuation Environments and Implementation of Data Usage Features.

The purpose of this package is to acquire services related to the support, corrective maintenance, scalable maintenance of all licences held by the Grand Est Region, additional licenses and maintenance of SAP Business Objects, Qliksense, Qlikanalytics, Qliknprinting, Blueway (ETL, ESB and BPM) solutions and Semarchy, as well as the acquisition of new licenses within the scope of solutions held by the Region.

The purpose of this lot is:

— the support of the Region for the development and evolution of its decision IT, its data repositories, its application data flows through integration activities such as application development, datamarts, power flows, inter-application flows, implementation of MDM, need in BPM

— the support of the Region for TMA and evolutionary TMA services.

The purpose of this batch is to support the Region in the advanced use of Qlik Sense. These activities will involve assisting the use and realization of dashboards, Dataviz, mashup based on the Qlik Sense solution.

The purpose of this batch is to select several providers who will support the Region in the context of studies, technical, functional, organizational analyses or the development and evolution of SI Data in the context of new needs.
