The service to be tendered includes sign language interpretation services for pupils of primary educational age. Interpretation is carried out during the school day as local interpretation.

The number of interpretation and translation services to be procured depends on the need for an interpreting service. The procurement does not commit in advance to certain procurement volumes during the contract period. Interpretation and translation services will be procured during the contract period as needed. Interpretation and translation services are mainly purchased on weekdays during office hours.

The tendering procedure shall be carried out by means of an open procedure for selecting the eligible supplier with the highest score and with whom a framework agreement is concluded. Individual services at net prices are ordered in order of total economy according to the conditions and criteria set out in the tender documents.

The selection of tenders is based on overall economic affordability, the weight of the price is 50 points and the weight of quality is 50 points. The selection is made in the order in which the bidders are scored. If more than one tenderer receives the same score, the contracting entity shall scar the tenderer to be selected.

The contract period is two (2) + 1 years. The period of notice of the contract for both parties is six (6) months, despite the fixed term.

The contract will commence at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final, but no later than 10 August 2022.
