1 The scope of work includes:
a) Provision of shunting services on railway sidings of RADPEC S.A. in Radom,
b) Provision of unloading services from "Fals" dump wagons or coal wagons
type "Ea" in RADPEC in Radom,
c) Provision of fuel - fine coal storage services at the coal yard in the TC I and TCII Heating Plants in
Radom
d) Provision of coal feeding services of the Heating Plant in Radom,
e) Management of furnace waste from combustion in the Heating Plants in Radom.
f) Taking over the duties of recording waste with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers
(keeping records and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for Heating Plants.
(g) Forecast tonnes of coal dust delivered to sidings during the term of the contract
is 99 491 tonnes
1. The subject of the contract is "Provision of rail forwarding and carburizing services in the Generation Departments South TCI at 7 Żelazna Street and TCII North at 3 Holszańska Street in RADPEC S.A. in Radom."
2. The scope of work for the Manufacturing Division South TCI includes:
a) Provision of shunting services on the railway siding of RADPEC S.A. Południe TC I at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom,
b) Provision of unloading services from "Fals" self-unloading wagons or from "Ea" type coal wagons on the railway siding RADPEC Południe TC I at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom,
c) Provision of fuel storage services - coal dust at the coal yard in the Heating Plant South TC I at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom,
d) Provision of carburizing services at the Heating Plant South at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom,
e) Management of combustion waste from combustion in the Heating Plant South TC I at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom.
f) Taking over the duties of recording waste with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers
(keeping records and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for Ciepłownia Południe.
(g) The estimated tonnes of coal dust delivered to the siding during the term of the contract shall be
[T1m]= 46,329 ton
3. The scope of work for the TCII North Manufacturing Department includes:
a) Provision of shunting services on the railway siding of RADPEC S.A. "Stara Wola" Północ TC II at ul. Holszańska 3 (Energetyków) in Radom,
b) Provision of unloading services from coal wagons of the "Ea" type railway on the railway siding "Stara Wola" Północ TC II at 3 Holszańska Street in Radom,
c) Provision of fuel storage services - fine coal at the coal yard in the Północ TC II Heating Plant at 3 Holszańska Street in Radom,
d) Provision of carburizing services at the Heating Plant North TC II at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom,
e) Management of combustion waste from combustion in the Heating Plant North TC II at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom.
f) Taking over the obligations regarding the recording of waste with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers (keeping record cards and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for the Heating Plant North.
(g) The estimated tonnes of fine coal delivered to the siding during the term of the contract is [T2m]= 53 162 tonnes
4. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast of the number of tonnes of fine coal delivered to both sidings during the term of the contract is only an approximate value, which during the performance of the Agreement
may also decrease or increase in relation to this forecast. The actual number of tonnes (less or more than forecast) will depend only on the actual needs, but regardless of

during the term of the contract, the Ordering Party shall deliver a smaller or larger number of tonnes of fine coal than the forecasted quantity, in particular caused by changing weather conditions.
5.At the same time, the Ordering Party informs that the minimum (guaranteed) quantity of coal dust delivered to sidings during the term of the contract is 84 568 tons
