The subject of the contract includes the design of the gravitational and pressure construction of the sanitary sewer network in the city and commune of Chocianów, with a total length of approx. 59.4 km, in the following cities: Pogorzeliska, Parchów, Chocianów, Trzebnice, Chocianowiec, Żabice, Ogrodzisko, which are part of the Chocian agglomeration . The sewage network from these towns is to lead the sewage to the municipal sewage treatment plant in Chocianów.

Preparation of project documentation for the construction of a sanitary sewage network in Pogorzelisko, Parchów and Chocianów, in the scope of:

- construction of gravity networks with a diameter of ø 160-315 with a length of about 16.6 km,

- construction of pressure networks with a diameter of ø 63–250 and a length of approximately 11.3 km,

- construction of network pumping stations - about 9 sets,

- construction of transit pumping stations - amount about 2 sets

In Chocianów, the sewage network will be built only in the places that are not currently being drained. If necessary, the Employer may indicate additional sections to be performed, which will be implemented in accordance with the contract as additional works.

It is also expected that the two existing sewage treatment plants will be shut down and decommissioned in Trzebnice and Chocianów (housing estate sewage treatment plant in the Chocianów Forest District) - these works will be carried out as part of a separate task. Users from whom the wastewater was sent to these wastewater treatment plants will be connected to the sanitary sewage network draining the wastewater to the municipal sewage treatment plant in Chocianów. The contractor will design a section connecting the estate network with the existing WWTP in Chocianów. Streets: Daglezjowa, Leśna, Wiązowa and Głogowska (No. 18, 19, 19A, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 24, 24A, 22, 22A, 20, 20A and the newly built block) currently discharging sewage to the local WWTP will have to be redesigned and connected to the municipal sewage treatment plant.

Preparation of project documentation for the construction of a sanitary sewage network in the cities of Trzebnice, Chocianowiec, Żabice-Ogrodzisko, in the scope of:

- construction of gravity networks with a diameter of ø 160-315 with a length of about 18.8 km,

- construction of pressure networks with a diameter of ø 63-250 and a length of about 12.7 km,

- construction of network pumping stations - amount about 4 sets,

- construction of transit pumping stations - quantity about 3 sets,

- construction of home pumping stations - about 3 sets,

- reconstruction and extension of the main sewage pumping station at ul. Głogowska in Chocianów together with the modernization of accompanying, auxiliary and technical infrastructure necessary for their proper functioning.

The number of objects is indicative. The task of the designer will be to determine the optimal number of objects and network utilities.

The Contractor is responsible for designing the works covered by this contract and obtaining on behalf of the Employer in accordance with the Building Law the building permit (separately for each town) and exercising author's supervision.
