The Framework Agreement is concluded for a firm period of 4 years from the date of its notification. Procurement method: The procurement procedure is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. Form of contract: The Framework Agreement with a maximum of €180,000 excluding VAT is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. It lays down all the conditions for the performance of the services, and is carried out as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority
