The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of specified materiel, as well as maintenance and repair of this materiel assembled on board the ULA class. The purpose of the framework agreement is to contribute to maintaining technical availability for the Navy's vessels through increased access to specified materiel, as well as maintenance and repair of this materiel.
